Two PhD psychologists had one big realization: the mental health system was formulated all wrong.
Most platforms match us with therapists based on availability—not what we actually need. We spend thousands of dollars and countless hours searching for solutions that treat the mind but ignore the body. We scrutinize ingredients in skincare, test-drive cars, and read reviews before buying. But when it comes to mental health, we put our trust in providers a platform randomly matches us with. We let algorithms guide our mental health with one-size-fits-all approaches.
What if we could do things differently?
